The aim of the FAMU Farm Fest is to promote public awareness of the full scope of the “land-grant concept” which embraces teaching, research and extension(outreach) at Florida A&M University. Local producers and families in Hernando and surrounding counties of Central Florida are invited to attend this event, which is to be both educational and entertaining. FAMU Farm Fest is family-friendly; and adults and children will enjoy the health and nutrition awareness displays and activities, exhibits, and farm tour.
